在政治、经济、旅游和移民等因素的推动下,远程口译在欧美国家的医院、法庭、公共服务事业中得到了广泛应用;其规范化和高品质的发展得到了理论、实证和政策规范等的多层次保障。远程口译对社会与经济发展具有重要的推动作用,具有及时性、专业型人才高度集中等优势。但是在我国,远程口译的理论研究和实践应用都比较滞后。远程口译人才培养是一个复杂的系统性工程,需要有创新的思路和方法。结合国外成功实践范例,构建出科学、实用、稳定的教学体系,是当前远程口译课程建设急需解决的问题。
Abstract:Pushed by such factors as politics, economy, tourism and migration, Remote Interpretation(RI) is widely utilized in American-European countries for hospital, court and public services.Its high-standard and high-quality development are supplemented by theory, empirical studies and policies. Remote Interpretation generates great impetus for the social and economic development,featured by timely and highly-specialized services. Yet in China,the RI study and practice are both backward. The training/cultivation of the specialists team in RI is long-term yet complicated systematic work, demanding innovation. It's an urgent problem for the RI construction project to borrow experiences from overseas and to establish a scientific, practical and steady teaching system.
